Position Overview
The Director of Church Partnerships and Entrepreneur Development will lead and manage the growth of FINSYNC's CO.STARTERS accelerator program through increased awareness and partnerships with churches. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for working with churches and entrepreneurs, exceptional management skills, and a strong understanding of startup ecosystems. The Director will be responsible for helping with the growth of the CO.STARTERS program, working closely with churches, investors, partners, mentors, and the entrepreneurial community to deliver unparalleled support and resources to aspiring business owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and expand partnerships with churches nationwide to promote the CO.STARTERS accelerator program.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with church leaders, faith-based organizations, and community stakeholders to drive program participation and growth.
- Lead outreach efforts to increase awareness of FINSYNC's mission and the benefits of the CO.STARTERS program within church communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align efforts and ensure cohesive program delivery.
- Identify and engage potential investors, partners, and mentors to support the entrepreneurial community and enhance the program's offerings.
- Oversee the implementation of the CO.STARTERS program, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to program participants, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their business goals.
- Represent FINSYNC at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the program and forge new partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the program's impact, growth, and success, making data-driven decisions to enhance its effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or community engagement, preferably within the nonprofit or entrepreneurial sector.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges faced by early-stage entrepreneurs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience with the ability to drive results and achieve program goals.
- Passion for working with church communities and supporting entrepreneurial growth.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.
