Exciting opportunity! We seek a Director or aspiring Director level candidate to join our organization as the Director of Enterprise Operations. You will put your deep experience in operational efficiency and deep background in sales and sales training to work.


As the Director of Enterprise Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and growth of our largest franchise enterprise, consisting of over 60 stores. You will act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and the franchisee, ensuring that business strategies are effectively implemented, operational standards are maintained, and revenue goals are achieved. Your focus will be on optimizing performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a strong partnership to support the franchisee's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and financial performance across the franchise enterprise.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the franchisee.
  • Regularly review and assess store performance, providing guidance and support to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Report to CEO, SVP, and fellow directors on organizational performance during weekly performance call. Ensure thorough analysis of EF vs. Control Group and present subsequent action plan.

Sales Training:

  • Develop and conduct quarterly sales training programs onsite and regionally to enhance the sales capabilities of franchise staff.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales training and adjust as needed to ensure maximum impact on sales performance.
  • Work closely with franchisees to identify specific sales training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Strategic Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the franchisee, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship.
  • Report to CEO, SVP, and fellow directors on organizational performance during weekly performance call. Ensure thorough analysis of EF vs. Control Group and present subsequent action plan.
  • Work closely with the franchisee's leadership team to align business objectives, share strategic insights, and support long-term growth plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the franchisor and franchisee to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and initiatives.

Operational Support:

  • Ensure compliance with franchisor standards, policies, and procedures across all franchise locations.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of operational initiatives, training programs, and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address operational challenges, and provide hands-on support.


This is a direct hire role - we seek candidates living in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania . 100% Remote Work - travel up to 85%


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Sales Training - Expertise in developing and delivering sales training programs.
  • Data Analysis - Proficiency working with data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Spa and or wellness industry experience
