Position Overview
The Director of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for leading our enterprise application technology strategy across our diverse organization: US Sales & Service, Canada Sales & Service and UK Sales & Service. This pivotal role focuses on delivering business value, fostering innovation, and enhancing adaptability within our IT operating model. The ideal candidate will develop application and business intelligence strategies that are in harmony with our corporate strategic initiatives, ensuring Reiser’s success now and in the future.
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the application strategy across all Reiser entities, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies
Working with the Leader of IT Operations, identify opportunities for technological innovation and transformation within the enterprise
Manage a collaborative business and technology engagement model, advocating for technology-driven efficiencies and quality improvements
Develop and maintain an application roadmap, considering IT strategy, business requirements, and budgetary constraints
Partner with organizational stakeholders to align and prioritize business application and intelligence initiatives
Provide leadership guidance and direct supervision to Business Systems Analyst
Act as a thought leader, and partner to the CFO, contributing to the application and business intelligence technology strategy
Establish and manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and partners
Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure value delivery
Represent Reiser as a thought leader at industry conferences and webinars
Qualifications & Experience
Strategic planning and execution of application technology strategies
Leadership in technology initiatives and change management
Deep understanding of business processes and technology needs alignment
Expertise in data privacy compliance and IT security processes
Proficiency in managing data warehouses and vendor relationships
Experience with agile methodologies and creating working demos or mock-ups
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field
Minimum of ten years of experience in a leadership role overseeing applications/technology
Minimum of five years of experience in Selling and Distribution Industry, or similar industries
Experience in the Food industry is preferred
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics, Document Management Systems, preferably ELO and ERP Systems, preferably Prelude
