HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE – ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP – NPD

The TRG Growth Practice is current engaged by a top Global Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a Director of Engineering, Product Development & Innovation to step in and lead a dynamic product innovation group and high growth vertical within their global business. HQ’d in the Northeast US. This will lead a globally dispersed team.

Reporting into a SVP, Global Engineering & Technology this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:

• New Product Development (NPD)
• Product & Process Excellence
• Product Innovation & Development Tools/Road mapping
• Team Building and Management

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MBA a plus)

· 5+ Years of Experience with Team Management & Product Development

· Product Innovation Experience & NPD

· Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
