This leadership role, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, requires strategic oversight of nursing care delivery, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in emergency trauma services, overseeing day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care outcomes and operational effectiveness
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for staff, physicians, and patients
• Drive continuous performance improvement initiatives, adhering to fiscal guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.

Preferred: MSN or master's in a health care related field.

Experience

Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.

Certifications

Preferred: RN license.
