Experienced Leader in Emergency Services Department
In this role, you will oversee a range of critical functions to ensure the provision of top-quality patient care in the Emergency Department. Your responsibilities will encompass service assurance, growth strategies, personnel management, and resource allocation for optimal department operations.
Key Responsibilities
Problem-Solving and Communication
Identify and address operational challenges promptly with effective solutions and clear communication
Engage in committees to contribute to overall service improvements and maintain open communication channels
Team Development and Performance
Coach and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and job performance
Adhere to Human Resource policies and foster a productive work environment
Patient Experience Enhancement
Lead initiatives to elevate the patient experience within the Emergency Department
Implement evidence-based employee engagement practices for improved outcomes
Compliance and Program Development
Ensure adherence to standards of care and regulatory requirements
Develop and evaluate emergency services programs to align with organizational goals and mission
Operational Excellence
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Oversee performance improvement programs to enhance the quality of care delivery
Recruitment and Talent Management
Support the recruitment process to attract and retain skilled staff
Identify and mentor potential future leaders through employee and patient rounding
