Director of E-Commerce

OTC/Air Supply Group is looking for a Director of E-Commerce to join our team in a Remote position based out of West Chester, OH!  

As the Director of E-Commerce, you will oversee all aspects of the company's E-Commerce operations. This includes managing collaboration within a cross-functional team, developing and implementing E-Commerce sales strategies, and ensuring the company's online sales goals are met.

What You’ll Do: 

• Research and understand the industry and competition to develop and implement E-Commerce sales strategies to increase online sales and win market share.
• Manage the E-Commerce inside sales and customer service team and ensure all team members are meeting their goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Monitor performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest-impact initiatives.
• Provide direction for the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, sales checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on internet marketing solutions, social media integration, search engine optimization (SEO), and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
• Direct sales-oriented integrated campaigns to deliver increased conversion rates and overall order size, managing margin performance across a variety of product lines. 
  
  
  

What You’ll Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce management
• Experience in the digital retailing market, with business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) experience a plus.
• Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging E-Commerce platforms, successful delivery of business value, and near- and mid-term growth for a brand.
