Director of Digital Services

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Digital Services in Reston, VA. Summary: The Director of Digital Services will lead the federal digital service portfolio and ensure the successful implementation of the client's tech projects. This is a tight nit team, so culture fit is going to be a huge factor in the decision-making process. They are looking for someone enthusiastic and ready to bring innovative ideas for helping the client grow and expand. Project Scope:

• Managing a team of 2 PMs and some of the government contracts that the client is actively bidding on
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and implement digital services strategy in alignment with customer goals and objectives
  
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in an IT or Business related field; Master's degree in IT or business-related field a plus
• 8-10 years of relevant experience managing federal contracts
• Proven experience managing IT development projects using agile methodologies
• Experience implementing web content management systems such as Drupal
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Certifications - PMP, CSPO, CSM, CFCM, etc. a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
