Location: Sarasota, FL

Recipient of numerous prestigious awards and known for their high-end, custom homes ($3-10Mil) and red-carpet service in the most esteemed communities in SW Florida is looking for a Director of Design. Offering a collaborative culture that is customer and employee centered operating with high integrity principles and collaborative team environment.

This position will oversee a department of 5 employees to include 3 Designers, Design Asst and a Coordinator. This person will oversee the design process through the final specific plans noting any additional changes, source vendors, materials and products as well as work closely with CAD and Purchasing departments. Requires a confident, balanced leader with strong emphasis on client interfacing and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $120K-$150K + % of profits (25K+)
