Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a data warehouse and data engineering leadership role.
7+ years of leadership/management experience and 5+ years in recent healthcare.
Proficient in Python, AWS cloud services, batch processing, databases, scalable data-driven platforms, and third-party API integrations (e.g., EHR systems).
3+ years of experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, and analytical data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift.
Expertise in healthcare standards like FHIR, HL7, master data management, data warehousing, coding languages, and ontologies.
Strong skills in data integration programs, ETL, API implementation, data quality, EDI processes, and communication, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
