⚡Director of Customer Success

🎯Post-Acute Patient Referral Platform

🌎Remote (US)

💸Competitive Salary: Base ($150,000-$175,000) + 25% Performance Bonus


This organisation are helping healthcare providers (health systems, post-acute providers and case managers) upgrade their referral management and improve patient outcomes by connecting providers, partners, and payers in a seamless digital platform.


They are looking for a talented individual to support and strengthen strategic partnerships with some of the largest health systems and post-acute providers in the US. This role will report to the SVP Client Success.


Some existing clients include - Virginia Hospital Center Health System, UCLA Health, ProHealth care, Penn Medicine and many more.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement post-sales implementation processes and tools across health systems with a focus on scalability; drive adoption and ensure retention of clients.
  • Own value creation for an assigned book of hospitals, health systems and post-acute care providers, measured through Client Retention and Revenue Growth (Upsells).
  • Develop strategic relationships with health system stakeholders to ensure trust and collaboration.
  • Establish credibility and trust with health system executives, mid-level managers and frontline staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to guide client satisfaction strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders (sales, product, technology) to drive innovation and value for clients – including product innovation and feature rollouts.
  • Travel to meet with clients, as necessary. (40%)


Requirements:

  • Be a self-starter, start-up experience is required.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in customer success, management consulting or account management.
  • Working knowledge of utilization reveiw workflows.
  • Must have experience providing client consultation to C-Level Executives at Hospitals or Health Systems.
  • Experience delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. Start-up experience is preferred.
  • Ability to tell a compelling data-driven story with supporting analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail – you’ll have complete ownership of your accounts and measure their success. Being detail oriented, thorough, creative and analytical will be crucial to success.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story via SQL, Excel and Powerpoint.


🌎 US based (fully remote) 40% travel
