We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Director of Culinary to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the dietary department, a crucial aspect in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional care to our residents. The role includes managing dietary staff, developing menus, ensuring compliance with dietary regulations, and maintaining a safe and sanitary food service environment.

Essential Duties:

• Plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement dietary programs and services that meet the nutritional needs of residents/patients.
• Conduct regular audits of dietary services and implement improvements as needed.
• Address and resolve any dietary-related issues or concerns from residents or their families.

Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of [2] years of experience in a dietary management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
