At Money Group, we're seeking a seasoned Director of CRM to play a critical role in shaping and executing the CRM strategy and contributing to the overall success of the organization's customer-centric approach. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives focused on customer acquisition, monetization, and retention.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of CRM campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Conceptualize, create, and optimize automated and personalized email marketing programs, which may include SMS.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve email marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Design, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align CRM campaigns with overall objectives.
  • Implement a rigorous test and learn strategy, conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and optimize complex customer journeys, triggers, and automation.
  • Leverage expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, ExactTarget, Responsys) to execute campaigns successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and stay abreast of industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Drive the professional development of the CRM team.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of CRM initiatives.
  • Manage budgets for CRM campaigns, optimizing spend for maximum impact and return on investment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM marketing.
  • Apply knowledge to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time.
  • Minimum eight years of proven experience in CRM or lifecycle email marketing within performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high comfort level working with technical teams for data segmentation.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, combining creativity with attention to detail.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing effective email marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.


What we offer:

This is a full-time position and is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid leave, among other benefits.


This job's annual salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000.


The salary range above represents the minimum and maximum pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role is eligible for a quarterly discretionary bonus based on the variable compensation program established by the company. The final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s professional and academic knowledge and experience, training, and associated duties of the role.
