Your Role

As the Vice President/Director of Analytics focusing on Credit Cards, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our newly launched credit card business. Your responsibilities will involve leading and mentoring the analytics team, devising strategies for credit card originations, marketing analytics, and partner management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in new acquisitions, ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
  • Develop targeted strategies across various channels to optimize new account growth and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with affiliate partners and third-party contacts.
  • Identify and develop new channels to enhance account bookings.
  • Conduct NPV valuations at the channel and segment levels to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Product teams to improve booking rates and product offerings.
  • Utilize data science models to shape card acquisition strategies.
  • Lead product and creative testing initiatives to enhance marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Design teams to enhance the customer experience during the application process.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in leadership roles within analytics, with a focus on credit cards and financial technology.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing marketing analytics teams, preferably within the credit card industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer lending practices and advanced statistical methods.
  • Experience in digital strategies for financial products and services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and tasks under tight timelines.
  • Innovative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
