Job Description
As the Director of Content Marketing, you'll lead our Content Marketing team in crafting and executing comprehensive strategies to engage and retain customers while driving business growth. With a focus on customer-centric approaches and data-driven insights, you'll oversee the creation of high-quality content across various formats and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a holistic content marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and audience preferences.
Lead a team of content writers and designers to produce engaging content, tailored to different customer segments.
Utilize social media, email marketing, and content syndication to effectively distribute and promote content.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and organic search rankings.
Utilize content marketing as a lead generation tool, implementing lead capture strategies to nurture leads effectively.
Track and analyze content marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align content marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
4 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS industry trends.
Experience in media analytics space is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
