We are a well established Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Developer with a strong backlog of projects nationwide. We are looking for a talented Construction Manager or Director of Construction with 10+ years of Industrial Tilt Wall Construction Management experience.

We need someone who understands the Owner's perspective and how to drive collaboration, trust and the successful execution of industrial tilt wall projects.

The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from design, infrastructure, construction to completion
• Cross functional coordination for logistics with General Contractors and Subcontractors
• Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies involved
• Reporting and tracking status reports
• Much more.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Finance, Civil Engineering or related
• Strong time management skills
• Decision making abilities
• Strong communication abilities
• Leadership experience
