Your new company:
HAYS are currently recruiting for an established Real Estate Developer/Builder based within the DC area who are looking to invest in a Director of Construction. Successful candidates will be at a Senior Project Manager or Director level and have experience in managing high-end single family/custom homes or boutique multifamily projects in DC.
What you'll need to succeed:
10+ years’ of experience working for a general contractor delivering high-end single family/custom homes or boutique multifamily projects in the DC area.
New build / ground up construction is essential. Professionals with only remodel or unit renovation experience will not be considered for this particular opportunity.
Candidates must have DC area construction experience, professionals outside of the DMV area will not be considered for this particular opportunity.
A 4-year degree is essential, ideally within construction, architecture, business management or could be real estate focused.
Comfortable in working in a hands-on Senior Project Manager position on projects whilst the company continues to grow and adds headcount under your leadership.
What you'll get in return:
Base salary in the range of $150K - $175K depending on experience
