Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee community programs that align with NEAAO’s mission and strategic goals.
• Engage with diverse communities to understand their needs and ensure our programs are inclusive and impactful.
• Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including local organizations, schools, and government agencies, to build strong partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
• Secure funding through grant writing and fundraising initiatives, ensuring program sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration). Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Experience with grant writing and fundraising is a plus.
