Length: 12-month contract w/ opportunity to convert full-time
Location: Remote w/ up to 25% travel
Responsibilities
Oversee digital transformation project, including connectivity of Oracle, UKG Pro and clinical cloud applications
Collaborate with technology partners to strategically integrate communications channels with company information platforms
Develop usability strategy for redesign of company intranet and other channels to increase engagement
Work to create robust analytics and dashboards to better understand capabilities of company channels making recommendations based on user experience and data trends
Establish and document best practices for technology usage
Drive data-based KPIs for channel integration, tied to strategic, operational and advocacy objectives
Work closely with internal stakeholders to create strategies to drive engagement and share communications effectively
Combine strategic thinking and big-picture perspective with attention to detail, clarity and focus
Partner with and manage third-party vendors as needed
Complexity of Work
Requires excellent understanding of technology platforms, project management skills, an eye for detail, technical savvy, and the ability to easily learn and manage new tools and systems.
Ideally the candidate will also have a knowledge of the evolving healthcare audiences and best practices and standards for managing corporate internal intranet-driven communications platforms. Must be able to work well across matrixed teams and demonstrate the efficiency and the delivery of reliable results in a fast-paced environment
