The primary role of the Director of Commercial Operations is to ensure that the company's everyday activities run smoothly. They will implement comprehensive metric reporting to effectively and accurately illustrate multi-departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling timely course-corrections and provide a basis for strategic planning and decision-making in the short-term, as well as, mid/long terms.

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Manage all Direct and Indirect Staff associated with Commercial Operations with the assistance of the Human Resources Department, this includes both Performance and Compensation Management.
• Complete responsibility for divisional profit and loss statements.
• Overall responsibility Commercial operations. This includes Quality, & Profitability of all jobs
• Review and implement process and process improvement where needed to ensure operations and sales are run as efficiently as possible.
• Collaborate with peers, stake holders, central organizations support team, vendors and OEMs for the furtherance of organizations goals
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction internally and externally
• Ensures all safety, environmental, performance, and budget targets are met
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational and sales excellence.

·        Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

·        5+ years’ experience in the commercial industry (Union/Prevailing wage Preferred)

• Must have a successful background building, leading and managing staff, major projects and initiatives and communicating strategic vision/focus
• Must possess impeccable ethical standards
• Experienced contract manager and ability to manage dozens of installations simultaneously
• High level of organizational and team-building experience and skills
• Ability to motivate and mange staff
• Senior level Budget development, communication and oversight experience
• Excellent interpersonal/people management skills, collaborative management style and a whatever-it-takes discipline.
• Excels at operating in a fast-paced, community environment
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in all MS Office products, CRM (Salesforce a plus), Outlook or Entourage
