Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director (LCSW) to join our team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our behavioral health programs, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for mental health, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical operations of Zarepath Behavioral Health programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of licensed therapists, social workers, and other clinical staff
Develop and implement evidence-based clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
Monitor and evaluate clinical services to ensure they meet the needs of clients and adhere to best practices
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment planning
Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct therapeutic services as needed
Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff
Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission and goals of Zarepath Behavioral Health
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Participate in community outreach and partnership activities to promote the services and mission of Zarepath Behavioral Health
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines in mental health treatment
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with children, youth, and families in a behavioral health context
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with program development and quality improvement initiatives
