A client of home health client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Clinical Services. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will assume primary responsibility for clinical services provided by the client. The Director of Clinical Services will direct, coordinate and supervise all clinical functions. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations as they apply to the provision of home visits to patients. Assure compliance with Agency Policy and Procedure. Monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of clinical staff.
Required Skills and Experience:
Registered nurse (R.N.) in the state of CO with at least five (5) years of director level experience
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care primarily to the geriatric population.
Able and willing to travel 40% of the time to TX, NV, and NM.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.
Home health experience
Compensation:
$130,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary.
