Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with a US based Fertility clinic in the Golden state of California, searching for a Director of Clinical Operations. If you’re a people leader and passionate for women’s healthcare and creating a positive work environment, this could be the perfect position for you! Please note, this is an on-site position with weekly visits to another satellite clinic.
Main responsibilities include:
Managing overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Implement policies, procedures and office guidelines.
Develop training materials.
Report directly into the CEO whilst managing the clinical team.
Management of financial operations in collaboration with the CFO.
Assist with patient concerns and continue to improve patient experience.
Responsible for HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
Assist in external audit processes such as credentialing and licensing.
Plan/organize leadership meetings.
Ordering all office and clinical supplies
Maintain supply records.
Recruiting and training on non-physician staff, collaborating with HR when needed.
Clinic reporting to SART and CDC.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree minimum education requirement.
At least 5 years of medical management experience.
Organizational, communicative, and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to be on-site and travel weekly to local satellite office.
Ability to work with high patient volumes.
Experience working with and reporting to C-Suite individuals.
Familiarity with HIPPA regulations and staff compliance with EMR/medical records.
