As a Director of Client Service, you will be an integral part of the team delivering the personalized service and hospitality that is our hallmark. You will guide the Client Service Team to deliver an excellent client experience and ensure that core client service processes are regularly reviewed, documented, communicated and followed by all. You will collaborate closely with our Executive Team on the client service vision, and own the implementation and improvements. The role is based in our Redwood City, CA office and works on a hybrid model (currently two days in the office, three days at home). Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage a team of experienced Client Service professionals
Collaborate with our Executive Team on our client service vision and own execution of the strategies
Implement service and hospitality training with our Client Service Team
Own resolution of client service escalations
Oversee our client onboarding process and execution
Implement process improvements, including education/adoption of client service centric technology tools
Oversee the execution of recurring Client Service Team projects
Oversee our firm’s custodian relationships, and ensure our clients' custodian needs are met and handled with care
Assists with compliance matters that relate to advisor/client activity tracking

You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are proficient with standard office software
You have a bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of management experience in financial planning, wealth management or related industry

Salary range: $123,000 to $154,000
