Broadleaf Results presents an exciting opportunity for a Director of Client Delivery! This remote position offers the chance to collaborate with a dynamic and driven team.


The Client Delivery Director is responsible for overall ownership of a large enterprise MSP program and directly manages a team of virtual Talent Acquisition Advisors, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and shared operational professionals. This person will directly partner and interact with our Client’s Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders and, through strategic innovation, will ensure a successful total talent management partnership. A successful Client delivery director is focused on ensuring goals are met, fostering deep relationships, and developing innovative practices and insights that deliver ongoing value. Client satisfaction is earned through exceptional account leadership and partnership with both client and supplier stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction to enterprise MSP Program that aligns with client's business strategy and objectives and provides ongoing value to our clients.
  • Manage multiple teams of MSP delivery professionals and leverage shared operations support to meet project/program KPIs to deliver an A+ Client Experience.
  • Lead client calls and schedule regular client visits to develop multi-level relationships to expand and grow client advocates.
  • Define and communicate to client stakeholders the ongoing value of our services in alignment with the client's business objectives. Communication of performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with client stakeholders using data to drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead internal client delivery team meetings.
  • Develop and maintain the client's strategic account plan.
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBR).
  • Ability to work in Beeline VMS software platforms and Excel to develop custom reporting to demonstrate the business value of the program to client stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage client business priorities and escalations.
  • Identify the root cause of challenges and prepare a plan to resolve any issues.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to participate in sales opportunities, including assisting with writing proposals, solution design, and participating in sales meetings.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with suppliers and sourcing partners.
  • Manage all change management for site acquisitions and divestitures (MSP), including coordinating efforts with the Business Solutions Group.
  • Partner with Corporate Recruitment Manager and HR team to properly staff client account teams, support people-related internal processes, and employee growth and development
  • Participate in the implementation of MSP services, policies, and programs with the solutions/implementation team.


Required Skills / Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years' experience in leading a high-volume MSP Program ($100M+) and delivery teams in staffing and talent acquisition
  • 3+ years using VMS systems: Experience supporting client-specific implementation plans for VMS systems
  • Highly effective in a collaborative, team-based culture and has experience with cross-functional collaboration and working with multiple teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Overall responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and managing revenue and P&L targets.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision-makers as well as setting and managing expectations
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, accountable leadership style balanced with strong emotional intelligence
  • Understanding of how to communicate and foster complex interactions within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to manage multiple assignments in a rapidly changing environment.


Preferred skills / Qualifications:


  • Experience in a Healthcare related MSP Program
  • Experience utilizing Beeline as a VMS tool
