Join Our Team as a Vice President of Claim Operations
Are you an experienced executive leader looking to drive operational excellence in claim operations? We are searching for a dynamic individual to lead our claim operations team in Torrance, CA. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Claim Operations will oversee adjusting and field claim operations to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence in claims operations
Manage adjusting and field claim operations
Ensure claim performance meets service standards
Enhance employee and network satisfaction/Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Monitor and control costs within budget constraints
Foster a culture of high accountability within the claims teams
$175k base salary with performance-based bonuses of $30k quarterly target, uncapped
401k with a 10% match eligibility after 1 year of service
