Job Description: Director of Case Management

Trusted Staffe is currently seeking a qualified Director of Case Management for our partner, a leading regional medical center located in Fort Mohave, AZ.

Position Overview: As the Director of Case Management, you will oversee and lead the Case Management department, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, timely patient care coordination, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong background in nursing leadership within a critical care hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Program in Nursing at Bachelors of Science level or higher required
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
• Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse licensure required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Director of Case Management in a critical care hospital setting required
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Case Management policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure effective utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes and resource management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care transitions and discharge planning
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Case Management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and quality indicators, implementing strategies for improvement as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
