Responsibilities:
The Case Management Group Director will perform the functions necessary to support and advance our strategy The selected resource will drive the advancement and adoption of Case Management best practices.
This role will plan and execute on the strategic plan while acting as the SME on Case Management regulations and standards
Ensures appropriate resource utilization, revenue cycle processing in a timely and matter
Integrates national standards for scope of services to work on building a center of excellence
Provides care coordination by demonstrating throughput efficiency while assuring care is the right sequence and of the appropriate level.
Act as a point of expertise collaborating with team members across the organization including but not limited to: physicians, allied health professional, corporate operations, finance and external vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, nursing or health care administration required. Advanced degrees in business, social work or health care administration is highly preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle function.
Over five (5) years of leadership experience preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute hospital case management leadership role for a multi-site system, including
Strong business planning and project management experience preferred.
Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW license required
Accredited Case Manager (ACM) Certification preferred.
