Job Details

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive capital markets strategy that aligns with the company's overall strategic goals.
• Manage and oversee all capital market activities including debt and equity financing, securitization, and other structured finance transactions.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of complex transactions and agreements with various financial institutions.
• Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure, ensuring optimal balance between debt and equity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
• Oversee the underwriting and due diligence process for all capital market transactions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within capital markets or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful capital market transactions, including debt and equity financing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, underwriting, cash flow analysis, and asset management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to capital markets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred.
• CFA or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) speakers are strongly preferred
