Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic transformation of ESG Consulting, identifying and executing innovative business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement creative solutions to reposition the company in the competitive tech industry.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and teamwork among our staff, ensuring alignment with new company values and goals.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, recruitment, client management, and administrative functions, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners to expand our network and enhance our reputation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to embrace change, reach their full potential, and achieve success.
