With a profit sharing plan, you will be pivotal in running the business efficiently, leaning into the imports side and fueling the long-term growth opportunities. With our client, we’re currently searching for an experienced business development manager and administrator who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit the business. The ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands reach, strengthens client relationships, and helps to oversee and manage the day-to-day administration of the business. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set the company apart.
What the Director of BD & Manufacturing will do:
Develop and oversee a business vision, strategy, plans and processes that prioritize growth and positive customer experience alongside the executive team
Responsible for executing all strategy, plans and processes decided with the executive team
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Track all business-related invoices
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople and operations
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Manage day-to-day administration of business
Directs cross-organizational teams within the facility
What the Director of BD & Manufacturing needs to have:
Proven record of sales growth
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
