The Role
This opportunity will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of Foundation Health. The primary responsibilities include sourcing and closing deals with DTC health brands, overseeing sales operations, and continuously working to reduce the sales cycle to meet our growth targets. You will also be supporting the Chief Growth Officer in broadening our strategic partnership network, and facilitating complex deals with insurance plans and drug manufacturers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Articulate Foundation Health’s business value, assess use cases, and qualify buying interest
- Lead outbound prospecting campaigns and and generate qualified leads
- Build, nurture, manage, and close pipeline deals, seeing sales through to implementation
- Work with other internal teams to support and close deals effectively
- Continuously refine sales processes and infrastructure
- Build and refine our go-to-market strategy
- Manage the contracting and pricing processes to ensure competitive terms
- Leverage CRM and other sales tools to maintain customer engagement and pipeline management
- Provide internal reporting on high-level metrics
We're Looking For Someone With:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in digital health or B2B healthtech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with enterprise sales and managing complex deals
- Experience building GTM strategies from the ground up
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and willingness to get hands dirty
- Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships
- Interest in working for a VC-backed startup
