Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven expert with a proven track record in HVAC or mechanical product sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong emphasis on building and leading high-performing sales teams. This individual will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, developing accurate forecasts, and driving revenue generation through various channels, including wholesale distribution and direct sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consistent and effective sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Create and execute strategies for expanding the company's market presence and customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the executive team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in HVAC or mechanical product sales.
  • Proven experience in building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution and direct sales channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
