This is where you come in:

our cientis looking for a Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to contribute to the mission of inspiring the world to embrace the flat in flattering ways. The role involves driving brand awareness and customer obsession by positioning the company as an unapologetic, inclusive, and confident brand.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy, seasonal marketing calendars, and campaigns
  • Ideate and create engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Lead product positioning and launches
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Drive community building initiatives
  • Directly manage key teams responsible for various marketing activities


Requirements:

  • Passion for the company's mission and values
  • 10+ years of brand marketing experience in a fast-growing consumer brand
  • Creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo
