Director of Artificial Intelligence

The AI Program Director must be able to deliver outsized and measurable outcomes by defining and guiding objectives, roadmaps, cross organization collaboration, progress and technical requirements for our AI platforms, must be able to scale platforms. The Director will serve as the primary interface with the customer, coordinate with cross-competency teams, and provide direction, administration, and quality assurance throughout the project's lifecycle. The Initial focus will be heavier in the Customer Experience business units, but will support Governance across the company.

The Director must be able to work with experts within the team and cross-functionally to develop and manage responsible AI policies, procedures, training, and awareness to foster industry-leading Responsible AI-by-Design governance practice. The Director must lead technology focused discussions with senior leadership by providing valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions.

The Director must have a deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and be results driven. AI, data science, and newer technologies such as Chat GBT are required but this is not a coding role. The Program Director must understand how to break down business problems and help leaders identify and prioritize them, while developing a high level financial business case. Developing PowerPoint decks, conveying the business problem, offering technical solutions to be applied, and value being unlocked is a must have skill.
