Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Online Director of Admissions to lead our efforts in student recruitment and enrollment. This position plays a crucial role in supervising our online Admissions Representatives and achieving our enrollment objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for student admissions, including short-term and long-term goals.
Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Represent the school to prospective students, guiding them through the application process, conducting virtual tours, facilitating interviews, and managing admissions testing.
Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the COO and Director of Admissions.
Foster relationships with external partners to enhance student recruitment efforts and participate in community outreach events.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of admissions and enrollment management experience in a for-profit higher education setting.
Bachelor's degree preferred; some post-secondary education required.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to achieving results.
Experience in marketing and promotional activities is advantageous.
