Responsibilities
Oversee HR/Administration function, including onboarding, employee training, coaching, and handling sensitive internal issues
Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
Ensure the company is in compliance with the applicable programs and training
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
5-7 years of HR/Admin, risk, and compliance, specifically within 3PL/transportation
Experience working for a transportation company is required
High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
A multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
