Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations, cost accounting, and core accounting functions
- Oversee general ledger close processes
- Prepare financial statements and analyze data
- Establish internal controls and ensure compliance
- Develop cost accounting systems
- Support audits and handle technical accounting matters
- Create budgets, forecasts, and analyze key performance indicators

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10+ years of cost accounting experience
- CPA certification (Big 4 experience preferred)
- Biopharmaceutical industry expertise
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, GAAP, and SOX
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships
