We are seeking a Director Of Account Management to join our team! Responsibilities include accurate submission of company forms and follow up, as well as resolving customer questions and scheduling annual reviews and meetings.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients regarding insurance applications
Regular follow up to drive results
Accurate completion of transfer forms and applications
Maintain spreadsheet summary of pending business
Resolve customer inquiries
Set follow-up appointments
Create sales materials to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Efficient, highly organized and focused on results
Deadline and detail-oriented
Life Insurance license highly preferred. If not, must get licensed within three months of hire
