Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in client acquisition, particularly in the realm of Real World Evidence (RWE) Clinical Trials? Are you well-versed in the intricacies of life sciences, with a deep understanding of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, and RWE business issues? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of providing cutting-edge solutions in the field of Real World Evidence, now seeking an Business Development Director.
Business Development Director - Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and win new clients within the life sciences and associated markets.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, establishing strategic partnerships that enhance our market presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics within Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Market Access, and Real World Evidence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
Business Development Director - Requirements:
- Extensive B2B sales experience in clinical trials and/or biopharma space
- Experience selling Patient Recruitment, Trial Conduct or winning new clients within the Real World Evidence Clinical Trials domain.
- In-depth understanding of life sciences, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Market Access, and Real World Evidence.
- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions that address client needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
