Job Overview

The Division Lead, Merchandise Marketing will develop, communicate and manage the OMNI Merchant marketing strategy by General Merchandise Manager and Family of Business, inclusive of homepages, emails, special projects, affiliate/search priorities, all paid digital media and traditional media (IE print catalogues, direct mail, newspaper). The Division Lead will manage product turn-in and ecommerce/B.COM set up team, ensuring accuracy and consistency of item selling information and optimizing resources to support greatest return.

Essential Functions

  • Manage General Merchandise Manager (GMM) Marketing budget and Cooperative collection strategy and execution in partnership with Divisional Merchandise Managers, Merchants and Fashion Office. Raise Co-Op funding through vendor specific proposals
  • Inform Omni Marketing strategy; prioritize and communicate business trends for site merchandising and marketing items through analysis of channel-specific sales performance
  • Accountable for sample procurement, sample turn-in and getting style live on site as well as the accuracy and consistency of style information across classifications

Qualifications And Competencies

  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
