Job Summary:

OMNIA Partners is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Member Enablement to help develop our member enablement initiatives. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional presentation skills, and a deep understanding of sales enablement and member implementations. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment of ambiguity, demonstrate self-sufficiency, and play a crucial role in building processes and tools to support our ecommerce platform, OPUS. Additionally, the role will include serving as internal champion or ‘OPUS Influencer’ focused on ongoing communication with sales teams to drive sales strategy, targeting efforts, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of member enablement strategies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of OPUS, ensuring a seamless experience for all members.
  • Collaborate with senior OPUS leadership to define key performance indicators and measure the success of enablement initiatives.

Sales Enablement:

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs that empower our sales team and channel partners to effectively promote OPUS.
  • Build strategic relationships with sales teams to evangelize OPUS across the organization resulting in alignment to OPUS partnership objectives. Develop training materials, sales tools, and resources to enhance the capabilities of our sales force.

Member Implementation:

  • Oversee the end-to-end white glove implementation process for assigned members, ensuring timely and successful onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for member organizations, addressing any challenges and providing exceptional support throughout the implementation journey.

Process & Tool Development:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies within the member enablement function.
  • Lead the development of tools and resources that facilitate member implementations and ongoing support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including member organizations, sales teams, and technology partners.
  • Present enablement strategies and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in national sales, channel partnerships or account management; GPO industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to influence peers and executive leadership through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic presentation skills and executive presence with an ability to inform, persuade, motivate, and inspire.
  • Project Management and organizational proficiencies to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Interest in thriving in a highly collaborative and evolving environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (10%).
  • Position based in our Franklin, TN HQ.
