Position Overview:

​As the Medical Affairs/MSL Director, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive medical affairs activities leveraging clinical expertise, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.


Lead and drive medical affairs with expertise in oncology, utilizing advanced scientific knowledge and exceptional leadership skills!


Opportunity Highlights:

  • Cross-functional collaboration, working with commercial, regulatory, and R&D teams for aligned strategies
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in medical affairs and clinical research
  • Collaborate in fostering external research collaborations, emphasizing clinical study execution
  • Strategic planning to develop and implement aligned medical affairs plans
  • Participate in stakeholder engagement, including key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups


Position Requirements: Advanced Degree Required, Biological Science Discipline

  • Minimum of 9 years of clinical research/practice within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex scientific information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and develop medical science liaison teams, providing mentorship
  • Current and deep knowledge of research and treatments within the oncology space
