We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Marketing Project Management to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations, optimize processes, and deliver key insights to enhance our efficiency and success. Your expertise in program, project, resource management, and planning will be crucial in aligning strategy with execution.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with various teams including global brand marketing, PR, social media, digital, events, and more to help drive our mission of improving lives through community mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the chief of staff to the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, advancing strategic initiatives with dynamic project management skills.
Implement and manage marketing communications efficiency tools and processes.
Support budget tracking and campaign dollar attribution for the department.
Act as the subject matter expert on marketing communications technology platforms, working closely with IT.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree and PMP certification are highly preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in marketing communications operations, ideally in a leadership role.
Proficiency in automation and database management concepts and best practices.
Experience with budget handling, reporting, and improving marketing communications program performance.
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing communications best practices and multi-channel execution.
Proven success in managing large-scale teams and programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and unify cross-functional teams.

Salary
The budgeted salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year, based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market factors.
