Your Role
As our Marketing Operations Lead, reporting directly to the President, you'll be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts. You'll be the main point of contact for all marketing and branding activities, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Collaborating across various internal teams and external partners, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and expanding our reach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive key business priorities, including patient and physician engagement, growth initiatives, and talent branding.
Create and maintain essential assets such as marketing collateral, websites, and central marketing hubs.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Define and articulate our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communications.
Conduct periodic brand audits to maintain brand integrity and relevance.
Oversee external vendor relationships and ensure performance standards are met.
How You Qualify
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, etc.).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with progressive levels of responsibility.
Experience In Value-based Care And/or Startup Environments Preferred.
Strong adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and bring order to ambiguity.
