The Director of Marketing & Advertising at NewSouth Window leads the brand’s strategic marketing efforts, focusing on direct engagement with homeowners in the competitive window and door industry. This role is crucial for driving brand recognition and lead generation through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.

What You'll Do
- Comprehensive Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives, including digital (SEO, PPC, OTT, social media, email), traditional (broadcast, radio, print), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies that directly engage homeowners and enhance brand penetration.
- Homeowner-Centric Campaign Development: Construct marketing initiatives that resonate deeply with homeowners, utilizing insights into their preferences to drive conversions and brand loyalty.
- Financial and Resource Management: Oversee significant marketing investments, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
- Team Development and Leadership: Lead a marketing team with a directive to innovate and excel, nurturing a culture of high performance.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Manage targeted lead generation tactics that effectively reach and convert the homeowner audience through a blend of strategic channels.
- Brand and Content Strategy: Elevate the brand’s presence and engage potential customers with compelling content marketing and strategic social media use.
- PR and Media Engagement: Direct public relations strategies and media targeting to enhance brand visibility and market position.
- Innovative Campaign Design: Establish and cultivate marketing initiatives from the ground up, tailored to the unique dynamics of the market.
- Analytical and Strategic Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Experience: At least 10 years in strategic marketing roles, with significant experience in B2C and/or D2C marketing, particularly in sectors related to home improvement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills with at least 10 years of experience directing teams to exceed business objectives.
- Comprehensive Marketing Acumen: Expertise in integrating various marketing disciplines to achieve maximum market penetration and impact.
- Content Marketing and Social Media Expertise: Strong experience in developing content strategies and managing social media platforms to engage a broad consumer base.
- Electronic and Broadcast Media Management: A strong understanding is needed for oversight on in-house broadcast media negotiations, placement strategy and schedule delivery posting.
- PR and Media Relations Skills: General understanding in public relations strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Robust capability to leverage data and market insights for strategic planning and execution.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective leadership and collaboration across departments.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
