$160,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Barstool Sports is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, the Director will partner with sales, talent, production, branded content, and other internal teams to shape client RFP responses, cultivate proactive sales opportunities, and develop fresh marketing collateral to generate partnership revenue for Barstool Sports. This position will be based out of Barstool’s New York office and will report directly to the VP, of Partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Manage Barstool’s day-to-day pre-sale efforts – with a focus on all RFP and GTM materials, tracking pitch output, and proactive planning for future content initiatives and tentpoles.
- Own strategy and packaging for client-facing recommendations and effectively leverage data and insights to inform these strategies.
- Ensure consistency and continuity exist in how our integrated marketing team is responding to RFPs.
- Lead brainstorms to effectively make creative and strategic recommendations that map Barstool programming and media offerings to partner KPIs and brand objectives.
- Oversee the strategic development and maintenance of high-quality creative deliverables – including presentations, one-sheeters, case studies, video assets, and more that tell a “Barstool” story.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue within key Barstool tentpoles and franchises.
- Attend pitch meetings with prospective clients to present ideas and act as a content expert when necessary.
- Act as the lead to ensure the integrated marketing team is working with all cross-functional teams seamlessly – sales, planning and revenue strategy, production, talent, branded content, and brand partnerships.
- Serve as the team leader and voice of experience to coach and develop our integrated marketing team.
- 10+ years of integrated marketing, media or sponsorship marketing experience at an agency, sports property, brand or media company.
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and strengthen a growing team.
- Experience working with multiple sales and creative teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, while prioritizing and managing multiple projects amongst a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Expertise with PowerPoint, other Microsoft Office products, and Google Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports, our talent, and franchises.
