Your Key Responsibilities
Ensures the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.
Focus on high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
Manage crucial engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.
Develop an engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
Ensure alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
Your Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
10 years of applicable experience
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams.
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
Preferred:
Excellent engineering & physics knowledge.
Experience in automotive manufacturing.
Process oriented.
Assertive approach to problem solving.
Continuous improvement approach.
