Director, HRBP - Innovative Beauty Brand

As the HRBP Director for North America and Global Markets, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as ensuring we are putting their people first. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who enjoys collaboration and is solutions-oriented.

The Role:

• Ensure that organizational structure is aligned to support growth plans and their business model effectively
• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint the essential competencies required to meet market objectives
• Aid in coaching, crafting, and refining performance reviews and objectives
• Engage in brainstorming, planning, and organizing employee engagement events

The Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of experience
• Proven track record of significantly influencing organizational outcomes
• Possesses the ability to think strategically at a high level while also being capable of hands-on execution
• Adept at strategic thinking in the context of departmental succession planning
• Has a robust understanding of labor and employment laws, policies, and procedures
• Embodies dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity

Title: Director/HRBP

Location: NYC hybrid 3x/week

Workplace type: Hybrid

Salary: $185k base + 15% bonus
