Director Home Care Agency

The Director Home Care Agency is responsible for administrative direction of the agency including, but not limited to, supervising home care services, supervision of agency staff, oversight of Contracted Agencies, and insuring compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
• One or more years working with the frail and elderly population.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation. Must be able to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in health, business or public administration science preferred or
  
  

Graduate of a program granting certification or licensure as a health care practitioner as defined in G.S. 90-640(a)

Minimum of high school diploma

Current CPR or BLS required

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

• Experience: Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in home care or other licensed health care program
  
  

Experience in workforce management and scheduling

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with the frail elderly population.
